What are some tips you can give to create an engaging email subject line?
To create a good subject line, you’re going to want to make it stand out in your inbox. Every subject line is likely going to be longer because people are trying to get lots of information in. Make yours stand out by making it shorter, add symbols like hashtags, add emojis, go for the emotional angle in content.
You want to grab your viewer's attention and make them want to open your email to see what you’re talking about.
How do you approach copy for an email campaign vs. an SMS campaign?
Your SMS copy and your email copy are going to be slightly different. On email, you have a lot more space to work with so you can get a lot more information in. SMS is going to stand out in an inbox, so you want to make sure that you’re delivering your most important information right at the beginning of your message.
You want to put your discount, you want to put who you are. Do something that’s going to grab their attention and open that text.
